A staple of the Bay Area scene since 2013, Atta Kid is an all-star crew of the funkiest musicians this side of New Orleans. Led by Daniel Casares (sax and vocals, The New Mastersounds) and Max Cowan (B-3, keyboards and vocals, Zigaboo Modeliste), Atta Kid will take you from Grand Ave to Frenchmen St in every set. Not-so-secret weapon Joe Bagale (drums and vocals, Otis McDonald) will blow you away with his vocals and groove. Jason Muscat (bass, Tainted Love) locks in like he’s running security at Fort Knox and Mike Olmos (trumpet, Etta James) is peerless in his time zone. Atta Kid is currently working on their next long-awaited release, and is thrilled to be at Mr Tipple’s for a night of East Bay groove. .
